- 2/3 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or arrowroot, for paleo + 1 1/2 Tbsp. water)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)
