- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 cayenne pepper (small, we grew last year and dried, my family doesn’t like foods too spicy…season to taste, crushed)
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning (had on hand. Original recipe called for 1 ½ tsp oregano and 1 tsp marjoram)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (this thickens the juice and helps it cling to the other ingredients…beans, lentils, or meat)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. salt (you can reduce this is you want a lower sodium product)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

I enjoy it for regular taco seasoning and seasoning the meat for chili. I do think using oregano and marjoram comes out better than using italian seasoning.
