Lovely. I used whole grain wheat flour with the potato and white flour for the tabletop. Very tasty, although one needs to add a lot of flour on the tabletop as suggested. It's better to roll them and fry them, I rolled all and piled them on a plate before frying and then they stuck to each other. Wish I had the time to make these more often, had it with margarine and salt as suggested and served it with lentil soup. Delicious.

amazingly soft and full of flavour. froze most of them and had them a few days later warming it up on the sandwich press, they tasted just as good.

These were delicious! My family ate them fresh and ate them the following week as sandwich wraps they were delicious both times! This will definitely be on the weekly food prep list.
