this is the best strawberry ice cream recipe I have ever tasted!! OMG, the flavor and creaminess of the ice cream is incredible and you just don't want to stop eating it. Everyone that I shared this with loved the ice cream. Awesome recipe, one definitely worth keeping!!

In the past when I've made fruit ice creams, they're not usually fruity enough for me, so I replaced the honey with an equal amount of strawberry preserves (jam works too), and it was marvelous! My husband and I use the large canisters, so I tripled the recipe so that it would be enough (12 cups). It's delicious!
