turned out amazing. but i had to add another tsp of cornstarch for it to thicken.

Great I didn’t strain the strawberries I just chopped them up and used the glaze straight on my waffles

Delicious! I doubled the recipe for what I needed and used 4lbs frozen strawberries since the season is not right for good strawberries here in Northeast PA... Used the mushed strawberries also since I used this glaze for strawberry shortcake. Worked perfectly! Will use this recipe again!
