This casserole was delicious. I sautéed red bell peppers instead of the pimientos but otherwise followed the recipe. It came out cheesy and comforting but not goopy or super heavy. We will definitely make it again.

This is so good & very filling. I made it for supper and had leftovers for the next morning. I will definitely make it again!

This was fabulous! I didn't have pimentos. I made the the potato hash browns homemade. The first time I tried to make hash browns was years ago and it was a flop. With this recipe it turn out perfect! This is probably my favorite breakfast casserole! It's addictive and you will find yourself sneaking bites when leftovers are left still sitting on the stove. :)
