This recipe was ok I guess. It was very, very time consuming for one, what with squeezing all those lemons and melting the gelatin. The taste also wasn’t that great. I mean, it was fine I guess, but there was so much gelatin it overpowered everything else and just gave it this really weird, unpleasant flavor. Wouldn’t do this one again. There were also really hard to get out of the molds.
