This bread is delicious - but contains a lot of olive oil and requires at least 20? 22? hours to make, so it won't be in heavy rotation at our house. More of a treat! We just filled the pockets with what we'd put on pizza. Outstanding!
Next time I make it, I think I will split the dough between two half-sheet pans to create more "sides" of crust.
