Delicious! I only had 12 oz of rhubarb so I rounded it out to 16oz using frozen cranberries. I used 2 cups of water. No need to strain, just immersion blend and enjoy the pulp. I used 1-1/4 cups of granulated sugar. Sweet, sticky, perfect ratios, easy to modify to other fruits.
