These were awesome and easy. I’m making third batch today with carrots added. In my first two batches I added jalapeños to half and they were all the rave. I did half quartered Spears and half slices. This time I even doing all slices based on my cukes. I added the red pepper flakes to the first batches, this time I’m not going to for my plain ones and I will add jalapeños to the spicy jars.

My pickles turned out delicious! I used sea salt because I couldn't find pickling salt and also used regular sugar. I will be making these every summer.
