Tasty chips, although the flavor is sorta salt (IE: soy sauce) on top of salt. To be fair I baked these instead of frying them... I imagine that right there makes them not as delicious as intended!
For anyone interested in baking instead of frying, I baked mine at 400F for about 15 minutes. Watch them carefully and don't use a dark cookie sheet (I tried both---dark pan and grey/silver; the dark pan did not cook right)!
