- 1 cup oat flour (organic, or brown rice flour*, you can also use baby cereal)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup fruits (pureed, or veggies)
- 1 flax (or chia egg, 1 tbsp flax, ground raw flaxseed or chia mixed with 2 1/2 tbsp water - let sit for 5 minutes)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup juice (breastmilk, or water)
- 1 Tbsp. molasses (unsulphured, optional, great source of iron)

I did not put the molasses in and I used oatmeal baby cereal, which may be why I think it's terrible. waiting for my ten month old's thought when she tries them to update.
Edit - the baby thinks these are ok tasting but she can't eat them. Ends up spitting them out all the time, because they don't dissolve like puffs when she gums them. These are nothing like puffs which is a problem because my baby doesn't have teeth, but if yours does maybe they will be ok.
