Directions weren't the best. I'm not great at pie crust or puff pastry, I probably shouldn't keep trying. her directions say to pulse a few times after you add water until it looks like a rough ball, mine was straight flour on top, I had to knead it a little to combine enough. Then she says to dump out on a cutting board and then roll it out between two pieces of plastic wrap, well put the plastic wrap down before you dump it out because it's impossible to get the plastic wrap under it after. It tastes ok and flakes enough, but she needs to rewrite the directions.
