- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (more or less)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature, cut into big chunks, thirds is fine)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups water (warm, 110 to 115 degrees F)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 22 oz. all purpose flour (approximately 4 1/2 cups*)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- non-stick cooking spray (for pan)
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg yolk (beaten with 1 1/2 tablespoon water)
- pretzel salt
- all purpose flour (may be substituted with bread flour for a more chewy bite)
