OMG, these are amazing. I made them a bit smaller, promptly ate 4. I added a tiny bit of almond extract to the icing. Also, I made the jam--quick and easy! A couple cups of frozen berries, cooked till they are falling apart (drain off liquid if it's too runny), then added the thickening at the very end. Super easy, and super delicious.
