    Nice and easy, tried it handmade - the dough took about 10 min. to prepare. You can prepare more and refrigerate, still bakes to perfection after weeks in the freezer, just make sure you defrost it slowly at room temperature.

    This is probably the best pizza dough I have made, and I have tried several. I made half and it made two decent size pizzas, and I cooked it for 12 min. at 450.

    Love this dough. Enough for two pizzas. Nice, soft, and crispy. I like to add a little Itallian seasoning, really makes that much better.

    A+++++. Perfect recipe! I used this dough on a stone and put it in the grill! Best pizza dough recipe to date! I definitely recommend changing the "servings" number to 2 unless you want to make 3 pizzas. I have yet to see how it keeps in the fridge for a day and will update my review when I can. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful recipe!

    Great pizza dough, little sweet probably won’t add as much next time still really wonderful base. Do crust stayed nice and fluffy even great when cold.

    Excellent! I used just under a 1/4 cup less flour for the half-batch, and the dough was good consistency. Beautiful crust! Nice and firm edge but so light and soft on the inside of the crust! Made two pizzas an hour later out of the half batch. Must use a hot pizza stone, and in a 500 degrees oven. Oh, and I laid the pressed out pizza dough on corn meal .... because that's what we like!

    It’s turned out pretty good actually. Yet to make the pizza but the texture of the dough is really good. Looking forward to seeing how it will taste with the pizza when I put it to bake later on.
