I added a little bit of olive oil to the dough to make it more pliable. It made two large pizzas. Baked it at 400 for 25 min. Taste great!

Directions didn't gice baking time but I did the following:
preheat cast iron pan as you would with a pizza stone (i added oil before i put ut in... smoked.uo a bit but I think.it may have been for the better? i will do. it the exact same way again)
preheat to 400, bake 10-15 minutes or until youre happy
Other review said two cups water is too much? Either recipe was edited or rhey misread but three to one is PERFECT. its starta out as what seems too dry but keep kneading it.
knead the dough by hand, its the only way to do it right.
when you leave it to rest, I let mine sit for 30, and before i did i lightly coated the outside with water. good choice because it was almost dry-ish when i got back to it
Knead it again, and i suggest putting some seasonings in. garlic powder, thyme, i used a little sage, and threw in parmesan. All to smell of course.
knead it again to mix it all in
Add some olive oil, it might get a lil funky at this point but just keeo hand kneading, and doing what you can to get the layers to stay together (I punched mine flat)
Knead until the oil is well dispersed through the dough and its not too oily.
Now, its perfect and ready to go!
these are just minor.adjustments aand recommendations to the original recioe because it seemed there was little instructions. also, when you let the yeast and water sit, mix the yeast and water. it doesnt say to but do it, and let it sit longer than a minute- it helps.
other than that, its a perfect recipe and i will be using it again!

The crust turned out very yummy. It doubled in size in 30mins. However, the flour to water ratio is not quite correct. 3 cups of flour is to dry and 2 cups is to wet. I usually put two cups of flour and then slowly add more flour in for the right consistency. i also cooked this in a brownie pan for a deep dish feel at 400 degrees for 10-18 minutes.
