- 4 McCormick Bay Leaves (crushed, about 1 1/2 teaspoons)
- 3 cardamom pods (McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Whole, crushed)
- 3 1/2 tsp. McCormick Whole Allspice
- 3 1/2 tsp. McCormick Yellow Mustard Seed
- 3 1/2 tsp. coriander seed (McCormick Gourmet™)
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Whole Cloves
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. whole black pepper (McCormick®)
- 1/8 tsp. McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
