Amazing! I mixed, kneaded, and let it rest in my bread maker. Then rolled it through my pasta maker. I made large rectangles for my husband’s cannelloni. It was divine! I even used freshly-ground whole wheat flour and the pasta turned out amazing!!! I also made some linguine and froze it to cook later with Alfredo—also amazing!!!

I can’t believe I have been eating pre-made pasta my whole life. This recipe was SUPER simple and straight forward and came out so well!!! Even with all purpose flour, my pasta was gentle, delicious, and felt and tasted gourmet. First step took me 30 seconds in a food processor and second (which I did the following day) took 15-20 minutes total. Amazing!

And it was my favorite thing in the world looks bumpy at first but when you add spaghetti sauce it looks so good and it taste 👏🏻

I added one egg yolk to the pasta with the 4 whole eggs and it turned out amazing and delicious!
