It tastes great and it's very easy to make and my family loves it more than the stuff we used to buy at the store so now I make my own mayonnaise all the time!! I'm always sure to use the organic cage-free eggs they tend to last longer on occasion I have forgotten the recipe and used only one tablespoon of vinegar, it's still turned out great. I'm experimenting now with pickle juice and avocado oil and cajun seasonings. I prefer the avocado oil
