- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon curd

This lemon curd turned out great. It had a nice sweet yet fresh flavour. I used it as a filling between layers of cake and it stayed in place and did not squish out the sides of the cake. It did take longer to thicken up than the recipe stated. But otherwise everything went to plan.
