- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- coffee (or Cheesecloth, filter/handkerchief)
- 11 oz. tomato paste (preferably organic and in glass or BPA free cans)
- 2 Tbsp. whey (or unflavored kombucha for vegans)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (totally adjustable, use less if you want it less sweet or more if you're Canadian)
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (has the "mother" in it)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. canela
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1 pinch cloves
- 2 russet potatoes (large, washed and each cut into 8 wedges)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (refined, pure olive oil, canola oil, or grape seed oil)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
