Description
Buying ice cream is what we all do. Making ice-cream few of us do, but making your own ice cream cones is fun if we do. The fresh cones will have a miraculous power to awake your inner child. These are absolutely crisp and light. Let me not forget to tell; easy and creative too.
Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. cornstarch

Directions
- Pre heat the oven and have your baking tray ready as described above. In a bowl; whisk together eggs and sugar and the add the vanilla and the butter. Gradually add in the flour and corn starch mix. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of batter onto the parchment lined baking sheet using a small offset spatula or knife, using your circle templates as a guide. Make sure they are spread out thin and even so they come out nice and crisp. Bake for about 9-11 minutes. When done use another spatula to remove from the silicon sheet. Or use a long knife to run under the baked disc then roll with gentle hands.
- Now you can melt some chocolate on a double boiler or in the microwave. gently dip the cone into the chocolate and then into the sprinkles. Get the kids into the activity. It will be much more fun be a child with them and enjoy with the heaps of cold ice cream.
