  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans (cans, rinsed)
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sauce (Bragg’s Aminos, or low sodium soy sauce)
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice (~3 small lemons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • sea salt (to your liking)
  • 3 dashes Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • hummus (Homemade)
  • tapenade (Mediterranean, 2oz Costco)
  • veggie (Sticks)

    Directions

    1. Place everything in food processor and process till smooth. Pack in 4oz containers. Keeps several days in refrigerator, but freezes perfectly too.
