It’s not bad for being Turkey. Not sure which spice it is that is a bit heavy best guess is rosemary or thyme I will cut back a little next time. Has just enough heat to notice it but not burn your tongue.

So quick to put together and cook. Very tasty and will continue to make this. Nice change from pork sausage.

So delicious and fast-Within 10 minutes I was sitting down to eat. Made a bunch of small sausage patties to freeze for other meals! Served it with fried eggs and fruit salad.
