- 1 basil leaves (generous handful of whole)
- 2 Asian pears
- 1 yellow zucchini
- green beans (1/2-1 Ib.)
- 12 oz. butternut squash (baked)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into thick strips)
- 8 tilapia fillets (washed, dried, and seasoned with salt and pepper)
- brown rice (for serving)
