love this receipe! changed and added a few items. I used maple syrup as I was out of honey. Used macadamia nuts vs walnuts. Then I added some pepitas and puffed quinoa and some vanilla extract. It is delish. So easy to make.

Fantastic recipe. My kids love it! I added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips as well.

It was nice and not too sweet, however wasn’t as brown and crisp as it looks in the picture. Although it wasn’t crisp it was still nice to have with yoghurt

Super easy and versatile. A great mid day snack for the kiddos in remote school.
The one mistake I made was adding the raw coconut in the beginning. It got a little too toasty. Next time I would mix it in towards the end.

12/3/21: add 2 tsp vanilla to honey & coconut oil. 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup cranberries. 1/2 cup coconut.
2/8/22: same as before, but added 1/2 tsp cardamom. Reduced coconut to 1/2 cup. Added it last 5 mins.

Smelled so good while baking and after - used walnuts, pecans, golden raisins, dried cranberries and sweetened shredded coconut - added touch of vanilla. Turned out really well and will make again.

This smelled wonderful as it was baking. The tasting sample was good. I am very frustrated with the instructions that talks about "if you use parchment sheets" is confusing and suggests it's optional. IT IS NOT! I wish I had a kitchen crowbar to get it out of the pan. Usually nothing sticks to the baking pan I used. My suggestions 1) Use parchment paper and aluminium foil as suggested 2) stir when baking every 10 minutes 3) After baking stir in pan and then leave to cool and do not stir until completely cooled. DO NOT PACK DOWN. 4) add dried fruit to cooled mixture and gently combine. Store according to recipe instructions. Unfortunately I have pulverized granola from pounding and leveraging various sections of the granola to get it out of the pan. If I make it again I will know what to do.

This is the perfect granola recipe - and it is easily modified to incorporate new things.

I made a couple of batches for Christmas presents this year. I have now been asked by three different recipients for the recipe. I will definitely make this again!

My favorite recipe for granola, just the right mix of nuts and love the coconut in it. It and some Noosa yogurt, could not be better

Great granola. Love making it and goes great on top of baked apples. Serves as a nice treat during the day or for breakfast
