Description
With a batch of this granola, you will be set for breakfast for the rest of the week. Almond and chocolate are the real stars of this treat. Oats and puffed rice add body while honey adds a little bit of sweetness. You can enjoy this granola over a bowl of plain yogurt with sliced banana for breakfast or you can sprinkle it over a bowl of vanilla ice cream for a simple dessert.

- 100 grams puffed rice
- 100 grams almonds (crushed)
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 6 water (tablesppons, or fruit juice, optional)
- 70 grams chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, rice, and almonds.
- In a small saucepan heat the mixture of water, honey, and oil.
