These cupcakes are sweet, moist, and delicious right out of the oven. However, I could only give them two stars because less than 24 hours later, they are very dry and fall apart as soon as you bite into them, even after being stored in airtight containers overnight. I baked these for the intention of using them for party cupcakes and I’m so glad I did a test run ahead of time; these would have been a disaster for a kids party. Taste is great, texture doesn’t cut it.
