Turned out edible (just) but I needed to add SIGNIFICANTLY more flour than listed which led to me spending multiple hours getting the texture right and quite a tough gnocchi when cooked as a result of over kneading. I don't know how much of this was on how I handled adding the extra flour and how much was the recipe but I won't be making it again.
