Tried and true recipe! Makes a great gift for Coeliac Ginger Beer lovers as it's gluten free. The bug dies in summer in Australia if it gets too hot and won't grow in winter if it gets too cold. Also, use filtered water or distilled water, the chlorine in tap water will kill your bug and it's impossible to grow a bug with chlorinated tap water to begin with! Great recipe :) Great with lime too!
