Felt like a lot of steps, but turned out excellent! I used bread flour, didn't weigh it, but would like to figure out how to get the flour measurement correct so that it turns out consistently each time. I made a double batch too, which might be why it felt like a lot of steps. I was very pleased and will make again.

I have to admit, I was disappointed in the flavor. They were picture perfect but not much flavor for a yeast roll. The dough was beautiful and easy to work with and if I could figure out what they need I would definitely make them again. They were just missing that yeasty flavor.

Very good flavor. The dough was a little overworked but that can fixed. Will make again

These knots were spectacular, and it didn’t hurt that they were picture perfect, too. I got lots of compliments.

Perfectly golden outside and soft inside. I did have to add 2 extra tablespoons of water to the dough mixture.

Yes, very good. BUT... Regular flour works too. Did water & yeast in measuring cup, with a pinch of sugar, so I could watch activation.
NOW, your site is riddled with distracting pop up ads. Everyone has to make a buck, but it made checking the recipe while cooking annoying & frustrating. Ultimately had to cut & paste the ingredients & directions onto Word document to escape.

Was I a rush to get them into the oven, so they didn’t rise up too great the second time. Flavor was great. Definitely a keeper

I made them before but can't find my recipe. Everyone loved them and we are having a lasagna night and I want to have them for it. They were easy to make and a joy to eat! All was great with them! Thank you!
