- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds (each: coarsely chopped, and raw sunflower seeds for a total of 1/4 cup)
- 3/4 cup water (or more if needed)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
