This was great! Needed to make fajitas one night to use up extra peppers and frozen chicken, but didn't have the seasoning packet. No worries, because this did the job! Actually better than the packet and faster than the 5 minutes listed. Good balance of salt, spice, and, for lack of a better word, mustiness from the cumin.
