This recipe is amazing! My family LOVES eggnog and are always sad when eggnog season ends so I decided to try my hand at making it from scratch so we could enjoy it year round. Game changer! I will not willingly buy store bought eggnog again. This recipe make flavorful, thick and decadent yumminess that can easily—and economically—be made all year long. I have made this to produce beautiful eggnog pies, cheesecakes and drinks for spiking. It can be doubles or halfed, depending on how you want to use it. When I bake with it, I tend to make a smaller batch. Give it a go, you’ll never look back!!
