Great recipe! I added a little bit more mustard and pepper to taste and a little bit more olive oil to get the right consistency. Depending on how much you like your cheese, adding a bit more Parmesan cheese isn't a bad idea either.

Fantastic. I added some Greek yogurt just to smooth it out a bit, as my vinegar was a bit too tart.
