I didn't roll mine tight enough so it kind of exploded on one side. Totally my fault- I'd never made a bread like this before.
The bread was absolutely wonderful in spite of the explosion! My Husband's father is a bread master and he loved the bread :)

It was pretty with the cinnamon swirl.
The texture of the bread is nice . It slices well.
The flavor is good , it is not a sweet bread.if you want a sweeter bread add a bit more sugar.
For me , I don't refer less sweet, so you can taste the bread!

I don’t know what happened to mine. It was done in 30 minutes, it’s not moist. I used Almond, coconut milk. I’ll try again, but this time I’ll use regular milk and add a little bit more sugar. My husband said it was fine.
