  • 1 1/2 cups cereal (blend or gluten-free organic rolled oats)
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder (I used this brand)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon (I used this brand)
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds (I used this brand)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (freeze dried organic, optional use only if making the recipe with the oats)
  • 2 dried dates (pitted, chopped into small pieces, optional use only if making the recipe with the oats)
  • 3/4 cup coconut butter (chocolate, here’s my recipe or you can buy it on Amazon)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons water (filtered)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (pure organic)
  • 3 drops Orange (wild, essential oil – optional)
  • 1 chocolate bar (organic dark, optional, melt before drizzling on the bars)
