- 1/2 bunch fresh basil (or dried basil if you don’t have fresh)

- 200 grams plum tomatoes (good-quality tinned)
- sea salt (to taste, or plain salt)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 85 grams mozzarella cheese
- vegetables (your choice, I used Black Olives, Capsicum, Chestnut Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Shallots and Chicken marinated in Garlic Powder & Tikka Masala & later grilled in oven)
- extra-virgin olive oil

- pepper flakes
