Description
This dough is enough for baking two thin or one thick. If you decide to do only one pizza, your baking time decrease by half.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/4 dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 200 grams chicken (any kind)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 paprika
- 1 onion (small)
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 Tbsp. tomato sauce (or pizza sauce)
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash basil
- 1/2 cup pineapple (in dice)

Directions
- Set oven at 220C. Mix water, sugar and yeast and let stand until the yeast is dissolved. Add the olive oil and salt. Add the flour, mix well (it is not necessary to knead) the dough and let stand 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile slice tomato, paprika, onion and cut chicken meat.
- Divide the dough in two parts. Stretch each dough on top of the baking stone or pizza fingers soaked in olive oil. Top with your prepared stuffing.
- Bake each pizza for 15 - 20 minutes in a preheated 220 ° C oven.
