This turned out perfect for the filling in a trifle that I made. I hade a Pandora cake and used a layer of vanilla instant pudding lightened with a little non-dairy topping. I also had a Lindt chocolate bar with almonds that I chopped up and put between the cherries and the pudding and again on top. I served it at a potluck. I've never had such rave reviews at a potluck before.
