- 1/2 cup wheat flour (whole)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (see how to make your own brown sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (non-GMO, or arrowroot starch)
- 1/4 cup whole cane sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose, OR vital wheat gluten, the flour creates a more elastic dough, surprisingly)
- 10 Tbsp. boiling water
