I didn't have Worcester sauce (I thought I did) so I substituted A-1 sauce. It was DELICIOUS. I am thinking of making some extra to keep on hand.

This was a very “meh” sauce. Lacked the wow factor I usually get from Buffalo sauce.

i made this with valetinas and it was super spicy, but still loved it. next time i would us a different hot sauce

Loved it and will make again, just a simple and awesome buffalo sauce. Even made extra so I can have it when I want it. Great on wings and will be even better on some pizza. Will make again!

A great standard conversion of an all-American hot sauce for chicken wings. I actually applied this recipe to BBQ sauce. Equal parts butter and sauce with two tablespoons of vinegar. It worked well.

Un-friggan real! We use white vinegar and cholula to marinade our smoked tri-tip and I wanted a dipping sauce to match, this is amazing! I’ve been dipping literally everything in it!

Excellent!!! loved the buttery flavor. didn’t have worchestshire sauce so omitted. still tasted good!

Instead of a pinch, I added 1 Tbs of garlic, and 2 extra Tbs of hot sauce. Good stuff!
