I’ve made it three times and it’s awesome every time! I substitute butter for coconut oil. That’s it. It freezes perfectly.

This is delicious... I followed another's advice and did not use much blueberries. I will add a few more next time. I'm at high altitude so it only had to bake for 50 minutes.
