Excellent Bloody Mary. Just the right amount of heat and character. I added a little celery salt and Old Bay plus garnishes including celery, pepper jack cheese, olives, lemon and lime.

I never cared for Bloody Mary until my epiphany about vodka and rum. I don't care for vodka. It's good for deglazing cooking pans and not much more. Rum on the other hand has character and dark rum is even better. I don't care for tobacco either. Anything that calls for tobacco is better with Siriacha. I make rum Bloody Mary's with siriacha, V8 juice, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. i make a whole batch at one time removing a glassful of V-8 from the 32 or 64 oz bottle to make room for the other ingredients. I mix in celery salt, black pepper, siriacha, horseradish, lemon juice, dark rum, Tbsp Worcester sauce. Pour over ice and garnish with blue cheese stuffed green olives. I do it by taste either adding more or diluting with the reserved V8.
