Really good. I think I added a bit too much water. Vegan food definitely feeds the soul!

Wonderful! The recipe was easy to make and very yummy. The taquitos were delicious to eat plain, I didn't even use any salsa or guacamole. I used 6 inch corn tortillas, and I was able to make a lot more than the eight servings stated by the recipe. The amount of beans made goes pretty far! You may end up with enough for extra taquitos.

Good simple recipe, I made it in a pressure cooker to reduce time. Next time I'll add some chopped chilli
