Bagels taste delicious. It might just be my oven and parchment paper but I cooked less than 20 min on 425 rotating at 11 min (recipe said 20-25) the heat temp was too high and burned the bottoms which was really disappointing after 3 hrs of work next time probably set over to 400 and check at 18 minutes.

This recipe was easy to follow and the bagels were delicious. They are quite large so next time I might make 10 instead of 8. Otherwise no changes.

Have already make these twice (plain and cinnamon crumble). Ridiculously good. Read reviews on site for some great, helpful tips.
