I did not have enough apples so I added rhubarb and blueberries. Next time I will reduce the brown sugar. We put it over blackberry ice cream, it was awesome

Oh my- this filling is delicious - using this for apple pie or breakfast apples. I just sampled a little of the sauce and really could have eaten the entire thing. I’m bringing them to a family brunch so have to hold myself back. I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect!
