My apple butter's been simmering most of the morning when I came back home after an hour My house smells awesome apples cinnamon reminded me of my mom and how the house smelled when she made apple butter. I used her recipe but altered it a little bit to lessen the sugar. Love apple butter!

It actually turn out really well...just a little too sweet. Maybe because the apples I used were naturally sweet. Next time I will omit one of the sugars.

I actually got an "amazing" from my teenage. It turned out great and then made my apple butter bars better than they've ever been!
