I made this recipe and I did not like it. I could taste the cream cheese clearly and it affected the taste of the Alfredo sauce. I regret making this.

Will definitely be making this again! My fiancé has food allergies so this was perfect. The first time she’s had Alfredo in a long time (years). It was a great recipe, quick and easy and very tasteful.

Very delicious. As the description states, this is similar in taste and texture to Olive Garden and we will definitely be having this again.

Delicious! Keep stirring quickly and constantly. Otherwise the cream cheese and butter will (almost) burn. So good.

I made this dish, it was ok. I think the problem was the directions left out the sour cream. I’ll try it again and add the sour cream that is listed in the original ingredient list.

My family loved this! Previously, I've used heavy whipping cream but it seemed too thick most of the time. So the milk and cream cheese is what does the trick in this recipe I think. I did slowy add the milk since we did not eat right away. I added 1 cup to begin with and then the other cup right before we ate to keep it not too thick (I kept it warm on stove so it tends to thicken a bit).

It was very very very good even though there wasn't heavy cream like usual in this recipe

It was great however I would make a slurry with butter and xanthan gum to thicken up the Alfredo sauce personally it’s my go to because of its thickening properties

So hard to find a good Alfredo recipe, I really loved this one. I did add a bit but it’s amazing on its own. I added some fresh garlic, some fresh :basil, parsley, thyme & dill a little bit of olive oil, and I used a tad bit less milk. Also I blended my Parmesan so it was finely cut. I did boil it a lot longer than written so the Parmesan would be blended in (no gritty mouth feel from unmelted Parmesan)

I made this and it was thinner than heavy whipping cream. The flavors were there but the thickness wasn’t. I tried it again and took out half a cup of milk, still too thin. I added a half cup of sour cream and 1.5 teaspoons of corn starch and it’s barely the thickness of the jarred Alfredo you get at the store. I’ll give this recipe one more shot but I’m only going to use less than half the recommended milk.

This sauce is the perfect mix of Rich and flavorful but not too rich. I have made this several times adding some personal touches.

Mannnnnn listen, this was one of the best alfredo sauces I have ever made. The portion to my box of alfredo was enough to really sauce all the way through the noodles. Along w/spinach and chicken. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of salt and white pepper. My new go-to!

Really good! Great flavour! Added just a touch of corn starch to thicken it a bit, but beautiful!

Good. i would adjust the cream cheese next time and add more fresh garlic! Needed something else too, maybe peas or prosciutto...

It was only good if it was piping hot. Otherwise if you let it sit for even a second all you taste is cream cheese. And I am very positive I followed every instruction to the letter.
